On Tuesday, August 2, 2022, the Israeli occupation bulldozers demolished a house in the town of Sebastia and two commercial facilities in the town of Bazaria in Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank, as well as part of a house in the town of Silwan in Jerusalem.
Local sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces stormed an area near the entrance to the town and demolished a house in which 8 people lived, owned by Mohammed Abu Al-Saud.
The sources added that the occupation forces had notified the demolition of the one-story house about a year ago, under false pretexts.
On the same day, Israeli occupation bulldozers demolished two commercial facilities in the town of Bazariya, north of Nablus.
The official in charge of the settlement file in the northern West Bank, Ghassan Daghlas, stated that the Israeli occupation forces and bulldozers stormed the town of Bazariya in the early hours of Tuesday morning, and demolished two commercial facilities located at the entrance to the village, one of which is a car wash, and the other is a rest house owned by Rabih Suleiman Seif.
The Israeli occupation authorities also demolished part of a house in Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, under the pretext of not having a permit.
According to local sources, the occupation forces demolished the foundations of the Abu Wahdan family's house in Wadi Hilweh neighborhood in Silwan, and assaulted its inhabitants.
In addition, the Israeli occupation authorities notified a children's park in the village of Safa, southwest of Ramallah, for demolition, under the pretext of building without a permit.
